Shipping & Returns

The delivery of goods within the European Union is carried out via insured standard shipping.

Shipments are dispatched every 1-2 weeks as consolidated consignments. Since Novodent only sells B2B, providing a VAT ID number within the European Union is essential. For companies based in Austria, a VAT of 20% will be charged. The same applies to companies in Switzerland, with a VAT of 8,1%. With a valid VAT ID number, deliveries within the European Union (except Austria) are made free of VAT under the intra-community supply rules.

You will automatically receive an email from us containing your tracking number and a link to the tracking page of the selected shipping service. This allows you to follow the progress of your shipment and view the estimated delivery date.

As a registered customer in our online shop, you can check the status of your orders at any time by logging into your customer account. This does not apply to so-called "guest orders" (orders placed without creating a customer account).

We offer the following payment methods: Prepayment (Bank Transfer), Invoice Payment, PayPal. Our retention of title and the binding Terms & Conditions apply.
